SCIL continues its campaign in respect of fixed fees in clinical negligence litigation and continue to voice our members views. SCIL has actively advocated and continues to do so, to shape any proposed scheme to ensure access to justice is available to all.

SCIL member firms benefited from being able to use the COVID-19 Clinical Negligence Claims Protocol which was in place from 2020 and continue to benefit from the new replacement protocol in place.

SCIL has regular meetings and have built connections at various organisations which matter to you, such as AVMA, NHSR, PCSE and the LAA; these meetings allow SCIL to raise and resolve practical issues which matter to our members.

As a member firm, you would be entitled to have your firm’s details published on SCIL’s website, and also make use of the SCIL logo on your own firm’s website.
SCIL’s membership fee is currently set at £1,100 plus VAT – this is a firm membership fee and allows everyone in your department to tap into everything that SCIL has to offer.
